ENERGY ASSESSMENT AND CHI NEI TSANG
A unique training course in a scenario of peace and tranquility, in Palazzolo Acreide in the province of Syracuse, twenty thousand meters of unspoiled nature, among nuts, olive trees, figs, vines and lemons. Our organism is a perfect machine, why does it get sick? What are the causes of the ailments that occur? Are they of internal origin or of external origin?
An approach applicable to any holistic technique, which will accompany us to a different view of the disorder.
Traditional Chinese medicine aims to prevent and/or treat disorders by seeking energy balance - the balance between yin and yang, the disorder is therefore considered an imbalance between these two energies.
One of the fundamental principles of TCM is the understanding of the vital energy of the body called Qi that circulates through the meridians, which branch by connecting to the organs and bodily functions.
In addition, meridians are also linked to a variety of phenomena, including circadian rhythms, seasons - in addition to energy meridians, another pivot of Chinese medicine is the understanding of the five elements.
The five elements represent the global vision of man inserted in the universe context, everything is related to things and events that have similarities and affinities; such as seasons, colors, flavors, smells, planets, foods, organs, bowels, emotions, everything is related to the other.
In the course we will learn the fundamentals of the theory of 5 elements and the energy assessment of the master Shitzuto Masunaga, which will allow us a greater understanding of the disorders that occur in our recipients and the subsequent treatment strategy.
Evaluation of the abdomen
There is a saying from the ancient Toeki school of Chinese medicine: ''The abdomen is the origin of life, therefore every disease derives from here'' Masunaga's evaluation of the kyo (empty) and jitsu (full) in the reflex zones in the abdomen, allows us to know the state of organs and viscera, connected to the 5 elements, and the consequent physical and psycho-emotional origins of our recipients' problems. This examination also allows us to establish the work strategy, using the treatment of the abdomen which is combined with the holistic techniques already possessed by each operator (foot reflexology, Ayurvedic massage, Thai massage, etc.).
Treatment of the abdomen CHI NEI TSANG
In our work as operators of manual techniques, we know well how any symptom leads to the appearance of manifestations on the abdomen: hardening, lumps, hard areas and particularly "empty" areas, masses around the navel. All these manifestations reflect problems of the internal organs due to both organic and emotional disorders. We will teach a specific protocol by working on the areas of the abdomen, promoting the recirculation of energy and restoring strength to the ability to self-heal, which is innate in all of us.
